What You'll Be Doing:

Develop and implement effective growth marketing strategies.
Identify target audiences and create impactful campaigns through strategic analysis.
Attracting new developers (B2C) and clients (B2B) online with savvy retention strategies.
Playing nice with other team members across SEO, paid ads, content, and B2B.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools and create actionable reports.

- Running A/B tests and fine-tuning campaigns based on data.

Keeping up with industry trends and trying out new growth tactics.

Requirements:

What We Are Looking For

3+ years proven experience in developing and implementing growth marketing strategies.
Analytical skills and a talent for making decisions based on solid data.

- Experience with A/B testing and optimization.

Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.
Keen on industry trends and always up for trying new growth tricks.
Fluency in English. Bonus points for speaking German.

\_The gross salary for this full-time position starts from 50,000 euros per year. Overpayment is possible depending on professional qualifications and experience.
