Your chance:

R&D Project Leader (M/F/d):

Your Responsibilities:

Leading project(s) and project teams, assure execution are according to plans, budget and improve the risk management
Lead project in all related internal and external aspects, for example, customers, suppliers, partners, Business Units, funding agencies etc.
Proper protection of Intellectual property of company
Keep an overview on all technological developments in

- or out-side company; to support Senior Developers with inputs for technological challenges/improvements with a holistic view

Your Profile:

Graduate degree in physics, chemistry, mechatronics or electronics, telecommunication, or medical engineering or equivalent professional career and relevant job experience.
Decent Knowledge in at least one of the following areas: PCB, ICsubstrate and Semiconductor Packaging technologies, Semiconductors and related markets.
Min. 2 years of experience in/as Project leader in Development or Manufacturing of technology, or an expert in electronics Industry
Full English proficiency in work, German skill is big plus
Customer oriented thinking, open minded, communicative and "out of box" thinker
Willingness to constantly learn and evolve
