Your Responsibilities

Develop and implement a companywide marketing strategy, ensuring that it aligns with Impact Hub's overall goals and objectives.
Design, develop, and implement systems, processes, and structures in support of agreed marketing strategy.
Lead, develop and recruit team members and external contractors to deliver agreed marketing strategy.
Contribute to the design of an upgraded membership experience and offering, as well as targeted growth and development initiatives.
Contribute to the further development of the technology strategy and systems architecture, overseeing the implementation and further buildout of current content and marketing software and any further related systems.
Evolve the brand value proposition, brand messaging, and communications channels.
Advance the digital communications strategy, including selection of channels, setup of measurement and analytics systems, development of content repository.
Propose and oversee the execution of creative campaigns and make the best use of various marketing tools.
Manage development, production, and distribution of promotional and collateral materials.
Take leadership in establishing key media relationships online & offline, as well as driving content partnerships and cobranding opportunities.
Lead and represent brand and marketing focus areas within the leadership team.
Attend regular team meetings and participate in relevant strategy workshops.

What you bring

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
Full understanding of and relevant experience in the field of social impact and innovation.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop a strong team with diverse experiences.
Proven ability to design and implement marketing strategies that deliver business results.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders.
Strong digital marketing skills, including experience in developing digital marketing strategies, measuring and analyzing data, and managing online campaigns.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver them on time and on budget.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, marketing automation software and content management systems. (preferred)
Excellent English skills in both writing and speaking, proficiency in German preferred.

Job specifications

Role: 40h/week with flexible schedule
Start date: either 3rd of July 2023 or 15th of July
Compensation: The yearly salary for fulltime is at least € gross. Depending on your education, qualifications and work experience, overpayment is possible.
Locations: Future Health Lab (Alfred-AdlerStraße 1, 1100 Vienna), Impact Hub Vienna (Lindengasse 56, 1070 Vienna), Climate Lab (Spittelau) & online
