WHAT YOU'LL DO:

The continuous development of our consultants is a top priority at BCG.

As an innovative and dynamic
CE Senior Learning & Development Coordinator/Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing our Learning & Development (L&D) strategy.

In this role, your primary task will be developing training concepts and content.

You will be responsible for the successful end-to-end design and development of the learning solutions for our consulting staff, including crucial consulting skills, new ways of working, and more.

As a second responsibility, you will drive some key L&D projects for the new Central Europe employee value proposition and be responsible for project management of these topics.

You will design the concepts in close coordination with the HR agenda for Central Europe, the system-specific needs and interests, and the regional and global learning journeys.

You will monitor the quality of learning solutions by analyzing feedback, assessing the impact and improving the offering where needed.

You'll be responsible for designing the necessary materials and delivery formats to achieve our learning objectives. Thanks to your innovative and creative vein, you'll create learning formats using the latest learning trends. With your strong communication skills, you'll lead content-related discussions with the trainers and brief them accordingly. You'll align with different stakeholders to bring in BCG's values and objectives. In addition to your daily business, you will drive various projects in line with global and regional L&D initiatives.

This includes piloting new global approaches and supporting their rollout as well as sharing content with the global learning team.


YOU'RE GOOD AT:


  • You have a high level of training design, conceptual, and project management skills.
  • You're skilled at developing innovative concepts by observing industry trends and using customeroriented approaches.
  • You work independently and effectively, partnering with stakeholders across functions and practice areas.
  • You're strongly resultsoriented and able to take ownership of plans and see them through to completion.
  • You have excellent organizational skills paired with a strong analytical mindset.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and are able to adapt them to different levels of seniority.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS):


  • You have three to five years of professional experience in learning and development in an international corporate environment or consultancy.
  • Some consulting experience is a plus.
  • You hold a master's or bachelor's degree in human resources, work psychology, educational science, or a comparable field.
  • You have profound experience in training conception and design.
  • You've gained deep project management experience.
  • You have excellent English skills.
  • You're deeply familiar with PowerPoint and Excel.

YOU'LL WORK WITH:


You will work in a highly motivated team of 14 people spread across five countries, consisting of event coordinators and colleagues working on the training content.

Our teamwork is characterized by helpfulness, mutual respect, and trust.

In addition, you will be in close contact with the European and global Learning & Development teams as well as the local HR teams.

Through the various interfaces, you will gain interesting insights into all Learning & Development and HR areas.

You will report to the Central Europe Learning & Development Manager, who will support you in your induction and further development within the company.
