- Greet and escort guests to rooms, open doors and assist guests entering and leaving property, inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities, explain room features to guests, transport guest luggage, assist with luggage storage and retrieval, assist guests/visitors with vehicles, provide directions, arrange transportation for guests, communicate parking procedures.
- Follow company policies and procedures, report accidents and unsafe work conditions, maintain awareness of individuals on property premises, ensure professional appearance, maintain confidentiality, welcome and acknowledge all guests, anticipate guests' needs, assist individuals with disabilities, communicate clearly and professionally, develop positive working relationships, comply with quality assurance standards, perform physical tasks as required.
