Your mission:


  • Serve as primary system administrator for CRM environment, mainly Salesforce.
  • Design and implement new CRM features and improvements based on business requirements for all commercial teams.
  • Translate Business processes to CRM processes.
  • Work with Commercial Operations on data accuracy initiatives.
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user maintenance, modification of page layouts, generation of reports and dashboards, creation of new fields and other routine tasks.
  • Train new users and grow the CRM skill set across the organization.
  • Document customizations made in CRM.
  • Keep uptodate with the latest SalesOp's trends and developments to prepare upgrades, seasonal releases and long term projects.
  • Improve and expand your Salesforce knowledge with various certifications and webinars.

Your profile:


  • 3+ years of experience as a CRM Administrator.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, processes, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity preferred.
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to critically evaluate and prioritize information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts as well as meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and other integrated systems.

Compensation:For this position, the minimum monthly gross salary is EUR 3.190;
- (38.5h/week), in accordance with the collective agreement.
