You will lead individual project streams and interface with internal and external stakeholders.

Your new tasks will include:

Position Infineon in
strategic projects and task s, and
developing new partnerships with
universities in Europe
-
Develop and use
impactful communication material s **in engaging with key internal and external stakeholders

Actively
interface with internal and external project partners , prepare progress and advise on future outlook

Represent Infineon in online / onsite
events organized with partner universities across Europe

Demonstrate and
communicate the value of HR public funded projects internally and externally

Ensuring the
completion of work packages in the ongoing project

Managing the development of
deliverables and reports for project coordination and management

Coordinating individual
HR project activities:
Participation in
supporting and controlling the achievement of objectives:

Organization, moderation and recording of meetings as well as consolidated forwarding of results to project management

Reporting ,
document management and regular information of internal stakeholders (HR, Executive Assistant, Finance)

You think ahead and have strong organizational, coordination and communication skills. You are able to break down complex issues and discuss projects and topics at eye level with top management.

As a team player, you communicate openly, clearly and coherently and drive your tasks forward with passion, creativity and proactivity.

You set high quality standards for yourself and others and excel in a structured, independent and efficient way of working.

This enables you to set the right priorities and maintain an overview at all times, even when dealing with many parallel issues.

What should you bring with you?

Academic degree or relevant
work experience:

Determined and
solution-oriented way of working:
Capability to
translate complex matters into understandable key messages

Professional experience in project management, ideally in a corporate environment or in industry

Proficiency in the use of
PowerPoint, Excel and Word:
Experience abroa d (e.g. as part of your studies or in the form of internships) highly welcome
Written and verbal
communication skills with
very good knowledge of English
