What you will do

Responsibility for the local Plant Supply Chain Team (Material Planning, procurement, external warehouse and material handling, Change Control and Artwork).
Ensuring supply chain performance (supplier service levels, customer service levels, inventory levels and supply chain risk management).
Lead and support local project implementation and ongoing optimisation of supply chain structures, processes, and systems within the site (material flows, external partners, transportation, etc.).
Lead product supply planning and change management between site and corporate functions such as Regulatory and Quality.
Lead and develop the site SC team and align within corporate functions.
Establish and run S&OP with Commercial Supply chain.
As a member of the site leadership team active participation within the development of the site ́s mission and strategy.
Responsibility for budgeting, budgetcontrolling and optimisation.

What you will need

Ideally completed studies in economics with specialisation in supply chain management or comparable experience.
At least 5 years of professional experience in supply chain management.
Proven successful leadership of teams and ability to work with cross functional and crosscountry teams.
Strong analytical, process and conceptual skills to address complex supply chain issues.
Solutionoriented personality with the ability to communicate professionally with various internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent command of English and German (written and oral).
