As Financial Analyst for Overhaul & Repair (OH&R) and Conversions, Modifications and Upgrades (CM&U) - you will report to the Head of Service Finance and will be responsible for planning, pacing, closing and reporting financial results related to 2 service product lines - OH&R and CM&U.

You will prepare financial KPIs and metrics on a monthly basis, you will provide financial guidance and support to operational teams, to ensure that overall OH&R and CM&U processes are effective, efficient and compliant with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).

Your Responsibilities:

Perform financial planning for OH&R and CM&U product lines: budget, forecasting cycles: (3+9, 6+6, 9+3) based on Operating hours, maintenance events forecast and by collaborating with 8x service regions
Run pacing meetings with service regions to understand the market dynamics and to estimate quarterly revenue and margin for OH&R and CM&U, obtain an understanding of regional / market trends, provide commentary to explain risks / opportunities to Head of Service Finance / Head of Service / VP for Controlling
Perform reviews of revenue and margin during closing and book relevant journal entries related to revenue and cost accruals / deferrals
Report key financial metrics related to OH&R and CM&Us on a monthly basis and report to Head of Service Finance / Head of Service / VP for Controlling
Review and validate business initiatives and / or VCPs (value creation programs) related to OH&R and CM&Us driven by Service team
Support digitalization initiatives and processes automation for OH&R and CM&Us, visualize financial KPIs in Tableau to explain products dynamics
Maintain and update process maps, risk control matrix for OH&R and CM&U financial closing and reporting processes

Your Profile:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business Administration
Extensive professional financial experience
Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change
Excellent communication skills and assertiveness: experience working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions and regions; able to clearly communicate complex financial information
Direct and/ or indirect leadership experience preferred
