Your daily tasks will include
directly contributing to achieving the company's goals and shaping tomorrow's leading service provider for digital transformation

steering the integration programs with the PMI team

being responsible for the planning and execution of integrating acquired companies (local and global)

improving the PMI approach and strategy

acting as interface between the companies, workstreams and experts on all levels with the opportunity to cooperate with executives

These skills will make you succeed in this role

high resilience - a huge part of integration projects is change management

strong communication skills - in this role you ́ll interact with all departments and hierarchy levels, you need to be able to address everyone accordingly

high empathy and social intelligence

interest in personal growth and enjoying working outside of your comfort zone

previous work experience in a consultancy or a PMI department where you have worked in integration projects ideally by taking also responsibility for the successful delivery of the integration targets

strong analytical skills

profound skills in project management and experience in managing large projects

experience in international environments and the willingness to travel when it ́s needed

strong language skills in German and English
