You are passionate about digital products and love the link between IT/development and business teams?
Digital transformation is everywhere and does not stop in store or on a physical event. At Red Bull we use displays and large LED installations to create staggering content experiences and consumer interactions.

In our team, you create products which support our gastronomy, retail, marketing, and event teams to win digitally on the point of sale or interact with our consumers.

As part of the Product and Technical Operations team you guarantee technical execution of our products, work together with our development teams on continuous improvement of the system and sit in the driver seat to push the product across boundaries to the next level.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT & SYSTEM OPERATIONS

APPLICATION TESTING / QA
To secure the long-term success of the project, the offered products need to be best in class. You will test new updates and functionalities before release and make sure all acceptance criteria are fulfilled.

DATA QUALITY

As several external data sources connect to our Digital Signage solution you will monitor data quality & synchronization, as well as work with business and IT departments to correctly manage data which is integrated into our services.

EXPERIENCE EXECUTION

As the Digital Signage solution is often used at events, you will also guide and manage the technical execution of event set-ups and create the most impressive experiences possible.

Qualifications:

2 years of relevant experience in media operations, IT support, a technical-related role or equivalent IT university degree with first work experience.

Programming & scripting beneficial

Experience in product testing / software QA beneficial

Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders

Ability to multitask, think critically and work effectively under daily time constraints in a fast-paced environment

Team-oriented and result-focused

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 1,930 gross per month.
