Driven by the global climate crisis and the pandemic the society is changing their mobility behaviour from ownership to service.

Therefore, the mobility sector is one of the currently fastest-changing industry. Activities in more than 100 cities around the globe make
goUrban the fastest growing New Mobility platform.

To even increase this growth speed, we are looking for a
Senior Business Development Manager (M/F/d).

You will join our corporate fleet sales team and directly report to the Head of Sales of this business unit.

You will mainly focus on selling our SaaS solutions (Back-Office, customer app, service app, Dashboards, etc.).

Starting date:
as soon as possible.


About you
We are looking for a self-starter and a sales leader, always going the extra-miles to achieve its objectives.


Ideally, you have a natural enthusiasm and understanding for Car-sharing and Micro-mobility (kick-scooters, e-bikes, mopeds) environment: operators, market trends, etc.

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Close numerous and qualitative deals thanks to your negotiation's skills and
    experience in B2B sales, especially with
    Strategic Selling (complex sales cycles, several decision makers, Consultant Approach, etc.)
  • Define and implement the best
    sales strategy on your territory and optimize for scalability
  • Develop a
    strong shared mobility network within your territory, especially with locally based operators, cities and mobility influencers, so to monitor public and private tenders (RFI, RFQ, RFP procedures)
  • Work closely with sales and marketing team to understand different channels and business needs and generate
    new leads:

  • Maintain a perfectly managed pipeline (Inbound/Outbound), from qualification calls to closing points, by creating strong and trustworthy business relations with your prospects, along with high level of accuracy in your notes and forecasting

Pro-actively maintain a high level of outbound activity via business campaign you would build and conduct jointly with the Marketing team.

Forecast and planning process with Sales teams, using forecasting tools to compile and analyse data, also to influence the product road map efficiently


What we are looking for

  • At least
    4/5 years' experience in B2B Sales, ideally in SaaS, mobility, or tech environment
-
remote possible, and travelling regularly to our HQ in Vienna (Austria) and technopole in Novi-Sad (Serbia)

  • Speak native German as well as fluent English
    with excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Flexibility to
    travel spontaneously for business meeting across Europe and Middle East
  • Be scaleup compatible: you know how to interact with a
    fastpace environment and agile decisions

Autonomous, well-organised and success-driven, you are opened and willing to learn from others as much as leading younger colleagues and give feedback
