Stellenbeschreibung
- Steuerung und Koordination eines erfolgreichen Anlaufes beginnend bei der Planung und Betreuung der frühen Prototypen-Phasen, über Vorserien, bis hin zum Serienhochlauf in der Produktion
- Erstellung von Aufbauplänen in Abstimmung mit dem Kunden und internen Fachbereichen
- Moderation von Meetings vor und in den einzelnen Bauphasen
- Monitoring der Bauphasen hinsichtlich Fahrzeugaufbaustatus und Termineinhaltung sowie Koordination der Fahrzeuge bis zur Schlussabnahme
- Erstellung und Monitoring von Aufbauplänen und -kurven sowie der Kennzahlen zur "Station Readiness", Teileverfügbarkeit, Freigabestatus, usw.
- Aufsetzten und laufendes Tracking eines Anlauf
- und Bauphasen-Reporting

Qualifikationen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung - Werkmeister / HTL / FH / TU
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Projekte und Produktion im Automotive-Sektor
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse in den Technologien Rohbau / Lack / Montage
- Fundierte MS-Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel)
- Gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

**Zusätzliche Informationen**:
Das Mindestgehalt bewegt sich je nach Ausbildung zwischen € 2.957;
- und € 3.791;
- brutto pro Monat (14 x p.a.). Abhängig von der spezifischen Berufserfahrung ist eine dementsprechende Bereitschaft zu einer Überzahlung vorhanden.
