As
Head of Customer Service and Quality Assurance for Web & App Projects (M/F/d) at SCOOP&SPOON you will support the entire SCOOP&SPOON team.

Your area of responsibility includes:

• Your lead our Quality Assurance department and are responsible for building and leading your team
• In addition, you have overall responsibility for process and quality management
• In quality matters you are the contact person for customers, suppliers and employees
• You take over the technical support of our customers' digital presences 1 st and 2nd level support
• You are responsible for the quality testing of our customer solutions
• You will also support the test execution internally, monitor the progress and take over the reporting of the test results
• You drive the design of standards to ensure testability, define KPIs and monitor progress towards sustainable testing strategy
• Your coordinate our developers via tools such as JIRA, Trello etc. in consultation with the respective project manager
• You ensure our quality characteristics through the continuous improvement of processes and our tools as well as test automation; in the long term, you thus actively participate in the further development and implementation of successful test strategies, standards and processes
• You design and describe processes in coordination with the process owners
• You have a good feeling for the strengths and potential of your employees and are responsible for their professional and personal development; you promote and motivate your employees and thus bring about a continuous increase in the quality standard

Your profile contains:

• A completed technical education combined with profound knowledge in quality assurance
• IT skills and high affinity for IT topics
• Leadership experience and project management skills desired
• CMS knowledge (e.g. Wordpress) as well as basic knowledge in HTML
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken English
• Structured, independent and solutionoriented way of working
• Team player, technologysavvy organization and communication skills
• High level of empathy, persuasiveness and social skills
• Experience and enjoyment in the design and development of Quality Assurance (QA)
• Interest in working independently on tasks in the area of quality management
• A high level of communication skills, solution and service orientation as well as personal initiative
• Analytical skills, selforganized and communicative

Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act, we are obliged to disclose the annual salary for a full-time position as a basis for negotiation.

This amounts to EUR 62,000.00 gross. Your actual salary depends on your professional experience and qualifications and will be agreed in a personal interview.
