YOUR ROLE IN THIS JOURNEY
As our Infrastructure & Operations Support Specialist, you will take care of the following tasks:

• Management and continuous improvement of your MDM solution (VMWare Workspace One)
• You provide technical assistance (1st level support) to the team, including onsite and remote teammates, on hardware and software issues (mainly MacOS systems)
• You assist teammates in the onboarding process, set up their devices and make sure they comply with internal IT requirements
• You assist our team to revise access rights on a regular basis to ensure that we comply with ISO27001 requirements
• You keep an eye on the inventory of existing devices and help to make timely necessary purchases
• You plan and implement necessary changes to internal IT infrastructure (e.g. improve office WiFi Setup)

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• You are currently participating in, or have completed a relevant education program, preferably a university degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field
• Ideally you have experience working with MacOS systems
• You're fluent in English; German is a plus
• You enjoy working in a multicultural team
• You enjoy working in a partly remote environment
