The Travel Manager will provide comprehensive travel coordination and logistics support to the family members in a Family Office. The role requires a high level of discretion, confidentiality, and attention to detail.The Travel Manager will be responsible for managing the family's travel schedule, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring that all tasks and projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Required skills:
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with the financial services industry and the operations of family offices is a plus.
- Strong research and analytical skills and ability to evaluate new investment opportunities is a plus.
