Analysing and commenting on the contractual aspects of customer enquiries and calls for tender

Supporting Procurement department re. the purchase of equipment for projects

Legally advising and supporting the project managers of major projects during the entire project duration

Helping to define the tender and project strategy from the legal perspective

Independent reviewing, drafting and processing of existing and new (IT) contracts and framework agreements, and subsequently leading negotiations with our customers and partners worldwide

Creating and carrying out training courses in the field of IT and contract law

Processing legal issues and developing appropriate proposals for solutions.

Key Qualifications

Qualified lawyer with professional competence, distinctive economic and solution-oriented thinking and the ability to grasp new ideas quickly

Very good knowledge of national and international contract law

At least 5 years of professional experience as in-house lawyer in a technology- and project-oriented, international environment

Self-assertive manner and good communication and negotiation skills

Profound knowledge of designing and analysing contracts, and of negotiating project and IT contracts with enterprises and public institutions

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish

Every other foreign language is of great advantage
