As a Senior Manager in this newly formed tower team, you will work with all business facets of our growing business including internal systems, construction, process and cost controls. Most importantly, you will be responsible for promoting a culture of people-driven teams, high performance, collaboration, and innovation.

 What the job entails:

  • Develop various business documentation standards and internal processes to improve operational performance
  • Analyze, compare and evaluate vendor pricing to ensure maximum cost effectiveness and efficiency on site development and new site builds
  • Manage business unit systems, platforms, tooling that drive automation and operational process efficiency
  • Analyze, monitor, and communicate key performance indicators (KPI) reporting to senior leadership
  • Manage internal business unit communications that foster collaboration and performance visibility and plan attainment
  • Communicate with internal/external partners and customers on project progress
  •  Got what it takes?

  • 3-5 years’ experience working in the telecommunications industry specifically on process improvement and development.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, MBA or other advanced degree and military service a plus.
  • Experience working cross functionally in a complicated organizational structure (Telecommunications or Carrier experience preferred)
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and operational performance metrics
  • Proficient in business tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
  • Demonstrated ability to understand technical aspects of wireless network technology, deployment, software development, product, and project management.
  • Sound business judgment and ability to make data-driven recommendations.
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the year domestically
