Key Tasks Your key task includes the independent handling of recruiting projects, from definition of a job profile up to negotiation of the employment contract You work closely with HR business partners and manage administrative HR matters With your know-how you support important HR projects (e.g. employee surveys) You prepare and analyse HR-specific data (e.g. on the topic of employee experience)
Key Qualifications Completed studies and 2 years of professional experience in HR High willingness to learn & dedication to all topics in HR A good mix of empathy, communication talent and analytical thinking IT affinity as well as very good German and English skills
