YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES

(Re)define SAR ADC specification and architecture

Run top level simulation to verify analog IC’s top level integration

Implement SAR ADC design methodology and comparator layout within analog generator framework

Characterize & validate ICs in lab & debug if required

Publication of the results at a conference or in a scientific journal

YOUR PROFILE

Master’s degree plus 5 years experience or PhD is required

Knowledge of ADC architectures

Experience of designing Successive Approximation (SAR) ADCs

Experience of layout floor-planning and ESD protection

5+ years analog IC design and validation experience

Python knowledge

Linux knowledge is a plus

Strong written and verbal communication skills

This position is endowed with a gross annual salary of € based on the collective agreement for research („Forschungs-Kollektivvertrag“) and depending on your experience and skills.
