We are seeking a Network Analyst with an entrepreneurial spirit who excels in a dynamic, growthoriented environment to join our team. The Network Analyst will be responsible for the setup and maintenance of Corza's end point devices and daytoday user support. In addition, he/she may also work on projects as needed.
Please note this is a sitebased role in Linz, Austria.

What you will do

Maintain and support a diverse global server, storage and network environment.
Anticipating potential problems and taking action to solve them before they impact users when possible.
Perform daytoday activities including helpdesk calls, computer break fix, system backup, upgrades and scheduled maintenance.
Administer and support various systems including, but not limited to Windows Server, and various Linux O/S.
Install and configure servers, including the ongoing maintenance of network and operating system patches, service packs and release upgrades.
Implement/support network management, system administration / monitoring servers, databases, storage systems and backups.
Monitoring system performance, IT system operations and storage utilization.
Provide trouble shooting for internal customer.
Helps develop, document, communicate, and enforce technology policy.
Manage thirdparty resources, partners, and vendors to meet project goals with IT Management.

What you will need

Degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3 to 5 years' experience in a support role in a regulated environment.
Strong problem solving and technical skills.
Working knowledge and handson experience in Microsoft Server, Exchange Online, Active Directory/Azure AD, Microsoft Teams and Teams phone, Palo Alto and/or Sophos Firewall.
Working Experience with VMWare Cluster, vCenter management, Nimble Storage, HP Server/Network hardware.
Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in the team environment is essential.
Business fluent in German, both oral and written.
