Your new adventure

Technical management of a team (staff deployment, vacation planning, safety instructions, training)

Pursuing and achieving productivity targets through personnel and machine deployment planning in the shift

Ensuring that systems and equipment are set up on time with the team

Responsibility for identifying, solving and documenting problems and potential for improvement

Contact person for internal and external customers to coordinate deadlines

Taking over the activities of absent employees to ensure the planned production process

Your experiences and skills

Completed technical training (apprenticeship, HTL) with a focus on metal technology or electrical engineering

Several years of relevant professional experience in the production environment or in toolmaking

Strong organizational and communication skills, problem-solving skills and initial experience in leading a team an advantage

Excellent knowledge of production and mechanical engineering, practiced handling of measuring and testing equipment

Basic knowledge of electrical engineering and handling hazardous substances

Knowledge of quality management, KAIZEN, lean management and the basics of TPM

Good knowledge of German mandatory, English as a plus
