HR Reporting/Analytics Specialist / HR Controller (f/m/x):
full-time

Your role at RBI:

Ownership of monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reporting of People figures and KPIs
Driving the reporting function to be proactive and predictive
Configuration, documentation and support of SAP SuccessFactors / SAP Analytics Cloud

Your core competencies:

At least 2 years of experience in an analytics role
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (macros, pivot tables etc.) and experience compiling multiple data sources
English is a must, German is beneficial

Nice to have:

Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors EC or SAP Analytics Cloud
Experience with PowerBI or a similar BI software
Data warehouse knowledge
