A Snapshot of Your Day
As member of the Industrial Engineering Team, you are involved into all manufacturing initiatives in our factory in Linz.

From process improvements to automation and digitalization of certain process steps you develop the future setup and layout together with all interface partners.

How You'll Make an Impact

Find improvement potentials in our processes
Improve lead times in various areas of the organization, mainly engineering and manufacturing
Reduce waste and manual effort in the organization
Develop a productive flow for the factory
Improve productivity of our manufacturing organization

What You Bring

University degree (BSc,MSc) in Engineering or related field
Knowledge of Lean principles
Expertise in manufacturing environment
Experience in change management desirable
Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication abilities
Project management experience
Certification in Lean Six Sigma or project management advantageous
Fluency in English and German

What else should I know?
At Siemens Energy we offer competitive compensation and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. Due to the Austrian legal regulations, we are obliged to state the minimum salary for this position. Please note that there is a clear willingness for a higher compensation considering your individual expectations, expertise and skills.

The minimum salary for this position in the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry is in the amount of € 75.
