Job description:

Usersnap is a web-based user feedback software that is used by companies like Nike, Canva, and Microsoft worldwide.

We are searching for a Digital Graphic Designer to support our Growth Team in a freelance position. Preferred with SaaS experience. Welcome remote working.

In this role, you'll get to

Elevate the Usersnap brand by developing compelling, inspiring creatives that translate across digital channels and campaigns
Actively contribute to the design direction, evolution, and execution of Usersnap's marketing strategy
Partner closely with Growth, Content, Social, Sales Enablement, and Product Designers to generate visually engaging solutions as the brand matures
Own and deliver standout creative assets for our website, blog, social media, display ads, ebooks, pitchdecks, and video needs.

Job requirements:

We're looking for people who have

2 years experience working within a designrelated field, preferably with a B2B digital marketing focus
Knowledge of motion graphic and video editing (bonus)
Acute attention to detail and worked closely with brand guidelines and brand guardianship
Excellent communication skills with a "cando" attitude
Ability to work independently, drive multiple projects at a time, and iterate quickly.
