Why you will have a real impact
As our
Account Manager your main responsibility is
developing strong, long-term and trusting relationships
with CELUMs customers.

You know how to
meet ambitious individual sales quotas and collaborate with our sales team to achieve those while
keeping our clients satisfied and happy with our solutions.


What you will do
- serve as the
lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- be responsible for cross
- and upselling activities for your territory of around 50-70 customers (mainly DACH region)
- ensure the
timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customers' needs
-
develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet the customers' needs as well as sales quotas
- lead, orchestrate & coach virtual teams to
execute a satisfaction strategy

Requirements:

-
5+ years experience in selling to or consulting with B2B enterprise customers
- track record in working with SaaS products (best case MarTech)
- carry
executive communications, engagement and influence
- having a background in
Customer Success, Account Management or delivery is a plus
- have a proven ability to
understand customer needs, create and deliver customized, customer-focused pitches and solutions
- having excellent German and English skills (at least C1)
