Usersnap is a web-based customer feedback platform used by companies like Facebook, Canva, and Microsoft worldwide.
We are searching for a data-driven Digital Marketing Expert with a proven track record in B2B channels marketing and SaaS product marketing.
In this role, you'll get to
- Strategize and execute on companywide and product specific gotomarket plans and promotion
- Engage with the SaaS and ecommerce community via a diverse channel mix including social media, paid advertisement, content partnerships, sponsorships, and webinars to drive demand from potential customers
- Identify and implement new creative organic & paid acquisition campaigns while testing audience targeting, messaging, and other levers to grow market share and ensure incremental ROI
- Track and analyze all activities and ask critical questions to move the growth needle with the team.
Job requirements:
We're looking for people who have
- 5 years of B2B demand generation experience
- Proficiency in data analytics including tracking implementation and targeting segmentation to being able to clearly report measurable impact on revenue growth
- Delivered successful product launches and high ROI organic & paid acquisition campaigns that contributed to the productled sales pipeline
- Strong project management skills with the ability to find opportunities, run experiments, and optimize campaigns in a fastpaced environment
- Native (or fluent) English to produce highquality copywriting
- Excellent communication skills internally and externally
- Demonstrated scaling up the customer base through digital marketing.
Nice-to-have experiences (to fit our customer-led growth culture)
- Craft engaging content with deep industry knowledge of the targeted personas and competition landscape
- Research and use customer feedback insights to build campaigns and messages that resonate with real customer search intents and needs
- Partner with customerfacing teams, and even have direct contact with users, to create and optimize demand generation and outbound sales campaigns.
