ABOUT THE TEAM
Customer Evolution Program

As SAP's installed base represents both our biggest competitive advantage and asset, with the SAP Customer Evolution Program (CEP) organization, we as CEP Regional Engagement team support these loyal and long-term customers on their path to becoming an intelligent, sustainable enterprise with a guided, unified innovation journey, thus playing a crucial role to SAP's future success.

THE ROLE

Acquire knowledge of SAP's solution portfolio to support noncustomer sales activities
Structure public procurement information and help to prepare support and cloud offers
Revise and update existing maintenance and support documentation and knowledge base, prepare customer presentations and take part in deal structuring
Handling of maintenance contracts and paperwork around internal processes and systems
Gain insight to SAP's support and cloud portfolio, to relevant sales processes and take responsibility for "Maintenance at Risk" (MAR) creation in SAP systems
Learn to work with contractual data in industry standard SAP systems like SAP S/4 HANA and further protect and improve master and transactional data and its quality
Help to further optimize maintenance, support and cloud reporting and analytics tools
Organize team calls and CEP meetings with colleagues spread worldwide
Support local CEP teams in other businessrelated topics and closely work with colleagues from various other functional areas including Sales, Finance and support delivery

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Student with preferred field(s) of study: Business Administration, Business Information Systems or similar
Very good verbal and written English and German; other CEElanguage skills are an advantage but optional
High level of initiative and operational readiness
Excellent communication, presentation and teamwork skills

As an attactive employer we offer you a salary that is based on the current "Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte von Unternehmen im Bereich Dienstleistungen in der automatischen Datenverarbeitung und Informationstechnik", a minimum of 1700€ gross/month/full time, in addtion to generous additional benefits.
