Company Description:


We're seeking a Brand Specialist to support the growth and direction of mainly AlphaTauri as well as some tasks for the full department Global Consumer Products which includes the Red Bull FanWear.

In this role, you will be working closely with the different teams, to create and execute various initiatives that drives the brand further.

The key tasks consists of managing the content on our intranet, brand presentations and reports from the market activations in the countries and analysis of these to define next steps.

You will also take part in various marketing projects such as the brand activation in some countries etc.

To be successful in this role, you need to have an eye for detail and a creative mindset to find new ways to drive the brand further as well as staying openminded to new tasks with an entrepreneurial spirit.


Development of brand presentations


In this role you'll create visually appealing and impactful brand presentations that effectively communicate the brand's values, messaging, and key differentiators.

You'll also ensure consistency in branding across all presentations, aligning them with the company's brand guidelines.


Copy writing for brand strategic tools


Craft compelling and persuasive copy for brand strategic tools such as brand guidelines, brand positioning documents, and brand messaging frameworks etc will be part of your role.

Apart from that you'll ensure that the brand's voice and tone are consistent throughout all written materials.


Creation of reportings and processes to bring different teams together


Develop reporting mechanisms and processes to gather data and insights from various teams within the organization will also be part of your job.

Furthermore you'll analyze and consolidate data to generate meaningful reports that provide actionable recommendations for improving brand performance.


Driving and aligning the intranet and training of new editors on the internal guidelines


You'll be responsible to take ownership of global consumer products intranet platform, ensuring that it reflects the brand identity and provides valuable resources for employees.

Furthermore you'll develop guidelines and train new editors on how to effectively use the intranet, ensuring consistency in content creation and adherence to brand guidelines.


Development of projects which will improve and solidify the brand


You'll be involved in identifying opportunities for brand enhancement and propose projects that will strengthen the brand's positioning and visibility.

Collaborating with stakeholders to plan and execute brand-related projects, such as brand awareness campaigns, product launches, or rebranding initiatives will also be part of your job


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or in a related field

2 years+ of experience in marketing field

Fluent in English

Good knowledge of Powerpoint

Excellent ability to manage different stakeholders and deliver towards challenging timelines

Innovative-, forward-, out-of-the-box-thinking, hands - on attitude

Strong conceptual thinking and analytical skills, and an excellent eye for detail

A team player, who closely collaborates with all stakeholders


Additional Information:


Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2041 gross per month.

However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
