Your Opportunity


In this position you are responsible for
expanding our business into new international markets in the MEA (Middle East & Africa) & APAC (Asia-Pacific) region.

You will
identify and capitalize on business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships to drive growth.


Your Mission

Business Development:


  • You identify and prioritize business target markets based on market data, competitive landscape and potential
  • You develop and implement business strategies to penetrate new markets and drive net sales growth
  • You build relationships with key stakeholders, such as distributors, retailers and industry associations
  • You collaborate with cross functional teams to execute international growth initiatives

Selection of strategic distributor:you prepare shortlists, propose recommendations of a strategic distributor for the respective market and you negotiate the distribution agreement

Distribution Channel Management:You advise and support the strategic distributor with strategies for e
  • Commerce, retail and marketplaces.
You explore new channels to grow our brand and to enlarge our footprint in the selected markets

Market Expansion:You identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion (e.g. acquisition of new independent bike dealers, national & regional key accounts)

Market Analysis:You conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscape

Partnership Development:You foster relationships with key partners and retailers to drive brand visibility and sales

Marketing Strategy:You build a strong alignment with the marketing team to create and implement marketing strategies that align with strategic & tactical regional goals


Your Skills-
Extensive experience in managing multiple distribution channels

Strategic thinker with the ability to drive growth and market expansion

    successful P&L management:
  • Excellent
    analytical and problem-solving abilities

Hands on mentality

  • Exceptional
    communication and negotiation skills:
  • Fluent in
    English and German (written and spoken)

15 nationalities.

With over
170 employees it can be difficult
to maintain the
startup atmosphere, so we
place a lot of emphasis on a

For this position, we offer you a
gross monthly salary starting at EUR 5.000,00 on a full-time basis. Of course, we take into account your individual qualifications and experience and are willing to pay an
appropriate overpayment. We will be happy to discuss details in person.
