TYPE OF CONTRACT:Permanent- We rise to the challenge.- We are currently looking for an Expert (M/F/d) in Consolidation and Financial Reporting, who is responsible for preparation of monthly consolidated financial statements of the Borealis group and review of the individual accounts for completeness, accuracy and compliance with the accounting guidelines.

In this role, you guide Country Finance Managers in IFRS accounting through technical and reporting issues as well as guide stakeholders like business controllers in various IFRS topics.

Additionally, you provide management with solutions in reporting matters and act as a primary contact for the group audit.- Your tasks include:

Monthly financial reporting and consolidation of the Borealis Group and preparation of group financial statements.
Preparation of the reporting instructions, annual accounts and notes to the financial statements.
Efficiency improvement projects as well as supporting mergers & acquisition projects.
Handling independently projects and accounting assessments
Coaching and training of finance teams within the topics of group accounting, reporting, IFRS and tax.
Preparation of reliable financial data for management decisions and guidance and optimal solutions to daily business issues (for example valuations, cash flows, taxes, business structure)
Cooperation with other Borealis departments.
