To reach that goal, we are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager with a focus on Sustainability & Metal to join our team.

In this role, you'll be responsible to advance our sustainability efforts and support in the procurement of aluminum to ensure the highest standards of quality and sustainability are met.


REDUCTION OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT


In this role, you'll research on trends in sustainability, advancements in materials and their processing and analyse on how we can use and implement them to our procurement activities.

To identify and implement meaningful changes, you'll strongly collaborate with the procurement team.


METAL PROCUREMENT
You'll be the key driver in increasing the understanding of aluminum supply chains and the related global markets. You'll also evaluate drivers of input cost.

Furthermore, you'll accelerate Red Bull's efforts to maximise the usage of recycled aluminum by overseeing return logistics of used aluminum materials.

You'll also play a crucial role in the administrative handling of our safety stock and will support with invoice verification.


SUSTAINABILITY REPORTING


Finally, you'll act as the liaison person to our Sustainability Team to gather and provide all relevant data for reporting requirements.

You'll also enlarge systems capabilities to establish a lean process for data acquisition.


Qualifications:

University degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Sustainability, Material Science or a related field. Alternatively you bring a further education with equivalent work experience

3-5 years of experience in the area of procurement

Very good knowledge and experience in sustainability and metals

Analytical mindset with an affinity for data. Strong knowledge of MS Excel is required

Beneficial is knowledge in SAP R/3, S/4HANA or skills in SAP BI

Teamplayer with very good communication skills

Fluent English skills are required, German is beneficial


Additional Information:


Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,181,00 gross per month.

However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
