Fixed Income Flow Trading is an international team of experienced traders, successfully making markets and providing liquidity in Austrian and hard currency CEE bonds - government, corporate, financial, supranational, agencies.

Fixed Income Flow traders service Bank's clients through major multilateral trading facilities and exchanges, and as Systematic Internalizers.

By providing liquidity in secondary markets, traders contribute to Erste Group's strategic goals - as the leading capital markets player and financial institution in the region - to develop capital markets, to build reliable customer relationships, and to retain and raise prosperity in the region.

Your Tasks:

Market Making and Risk Management of SSA or Credit Bonds
Providing liquidity and recycling risk profitably while taking care of market share and hit ratios
Manage risk by using appropriate hedging techniques and variety of Fixed Income instruments
Interacting with clients, sales and internal stakeholders to generate new business
Generate market comments and trade ideas
Assess market trends and their impact on the trading book
Improve trading systems, pricing engines and algorithm

Your Background:

Working experience in trading the fixed income markets additionally, the trading team lead experience can be considered
You have proven track record in profitability and market share in the asset class
Strong quantitative and risk management skills
You strive to make an impact in the financial markets of the region

The minimum wage for this fulltime position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 50.000;
