  • Job Description

SG&A - indirect spend business cases:

  • Creation and documentation of SG&A relevant processes, link relevant FTEs to processes and develop set of KPIs to measure performance of indirect SG&A processes on regular basis
  • Monitor value creation impact of indirect sales force activities and create business cases behind it (e.g. business development, product development, technical marketing, etc).
  • Housekeeping of global SG&A costs in a standardized way including automated regular reporting as well as identification of cost improvement potentials
  • Transformation of SG&A cost positions into general COGS P&L structure

HR controlling:


  • Creation and advancement of HR / FTE standard reporting, global data harmonization, adhoc analysis and reports
  • FTE budget and forecast in close alignment with business functions
  • Determination and monitoring of steeringrelevant HR KPIs as well as development of people costs
  • Business partner role towards VP of Human Resources

R&D controlling:


  • Supervision of research funding projects and calculation of relevant R&D business cases
  • Business partnering for R&D department and regular reporting of R&D cost development, identify and report improvement potentials to management
  • Qualifications
  • University degree in Business Administration or a similar field
  • Several years of relevant experience in Controlling (ideally in SG& A controlling)
  • Excellent analytical understanding and communication skills in German and English
  • In depth understanding of SAP MM, CO and FI, other modules would be a big advantage
  • Very good MS Office (especially Excel and Powerpoint) skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
