Responsibilities:

Semsysco is part of Lam Research since 2022
Performs non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery.

Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget.

Project stakeholder support for all related planning, execution and controlling activities
Support riskmanagement and mitigation
Change management support
Operational/active project support
In charge of multiproject controlling across the PM organization
In charge of financial project controlling
Howto training/coaching of project leads and project distributors
Organization and hosting of PM related jourfix meetings (i.e., project status meetings, priority meetings etc.)
Maintenance and enhancement of PM tools and standards
Systematic improvement of PM related documents and processes to enhance process flow
Documentation management

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
