To strengthen our dedicated Strategy & Transformation department we are looking for a motivated Team Assistant (M/F/d).


Your Role:


  • You support a young and international team in various strategic and operational projects for all units of the MM Group
  • You take care of various projectrelated tasks such as supporting research on innovations and competitors or preparing analyses and presentations
  • You proactively take on various administrative tasks like travel bookings and coordination of meetings and workshops
  • You are interested to get to know the business and the MM Group through various diverse projects

Your Profile:


  • You have a commercial education (HAK/HBLA) or a degree in a business related field
  • You have already gained a minimum of 3 years experience in a comparable position and like to work in an international and fastpacing environment
  • You are equiped with good MS Office user skills
  • You are fluent in English (Clevel), German is an advantage
  • You work independently, in a structured manner and have a handson mentality with a strong focus service orientation

For this position, an annual compensation package starting at € gross all-in is offered according to your qualifications and professional experience.
