In your new job you will:

Look at the bigger picture, with business in mind, in order to identify challenges and working closely with your stakeholders to come-up with solutions
Form, guide and motivate diverse, crossfunctional project teams across various Infineon sites
Manage projects and therefore be responsible for the overall coordination of technology, package, and product projects
Ensure that the projects are in compliance with internal rules and regulations at any stage of the project lifecycle
Conduct a forwardlooking risk management to identify possible mitigation measures and/or backup scenarios
Contribute to concept engineering, including the definition of requirements for new technologies, packages, and products
Setup device characterization and analyze measured data
Intensively collaborate with package development

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

A university/university of applied science degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics or comparable with main focus on Device Physics
5+ years of working experience in the semiconductor industry, thereof at least 3+ years of project management experience
Profound knowledge in device

- & semiconductor physics

A project management certification as a strong plus, ideally IPMA Level C certification
Great intercultural competencies and communication skills in order to bring your messages across
Excellent English skills, additional German skills or the willingness to learn is a plus
