Key responsibilities
Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our company's vision and goals
Develop and execute talent management strategies, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace for all employees
Provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Partner with the HR team to continuously improve HR processes, programs, and policies to meet the evolving needs of our organization and drive employee engagement
Stay uptodate with industry trends and HR best practices to bring innovative ideas and solutions to the table
Required Competencies
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR or business experience
Proven track record of building effective relationships with business leaders and driving strategic initiatives
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others as well as excellent German and English language skills (written, verbal)
A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box

We offer a salary starting € 60.000;
