Proclinical are recruiting a Quality Manager for a medical technology and devices organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Linz. The client is focused on supplying surgical tools and services that save time, effort and money.

Responsibilities:

Guide and/or contribute to projects in the field of novelty and effectiveness improvement.
Accountable for the QM procedures such as CAPA, change control, aberration management, etc.
You will cooperate with the formation and development of the quality management system.
Assist throughout audits and inspections by authorities.
Offer KPI documents for the site management.
You will train personnel to guarantee process quality.
Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Skills & Requirements:

Educated to a degree level in a pharmaceutical or pharmaceuticalconnected discipline such as chemistry, biology, biotechnology, etc.
At least 5 years of experience within a similar role.
A high level of initiative and quality consciousness.
Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Leadership skills with the ability to work cross functionally and across country teams.
Fluency in both the English and German languages.
