Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle hotel linens, uniforms, and guest garments with precision and care, ensuring the highest levels of hygiene and presentation.
• Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to established procedures.
• Perform delicate garment care including pressing, steaming, folding, and hand-finishing when required.
• Inspect all items for cleanliness, stains, damage, or wear and take appropriate corrective action.
• Ensure timely delivery of laundered items to designated areas or directly to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of laundry facilities to ultra-luxury standards.
• Follow health, safety, and environmental policies at all times.
• Support colleagues in delivering seamless service across Housekeeping and Laundry operations.
