Areas that play to your strengths:

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
ORDER MANAGEMENT
Monitor production status (including strategic collections), proactively work with suppliers to secure fully updated availability outlook.

Identify and take corrective actions in case of delays.

Communicate and align availability plan with internal stakeholders.

Maintain strong supplier relations, analyze performance, define and implement improvement areas.

TRANSPORT ORGANIZATION
Organize transportation from factories.

Collaborate with forwarders to secure on time availability and optimize costs.

Secure correctness and completeness of all necessary documents.

Identify and drive cost and service level improvement opportunities.


WAREHOUSE ACTIVITIES
Coordinate planning, aligning and monitoring of warehouse forecast and inbound activities.

Address complaints related to stock and inbound process raised by the warehouse.

Align warehouse additional effort activities.

Coordinate supply of warehouse consumables (cartons, tapes, etc.)


OTHER
Support month
- and year-end activities

Participate in and drive improvement initiatives within purchasing, supply chain and beyond (including cross-functional projects).

Define and execute necessary reports.

Approve transport invoices.


Your areas of knowledge and expertise:

  • Bachelor and/or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transport Management, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience within Operations (Logistics, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Process Management) or similar field, ideally within international environment
  • Excellent MS Office skills (especially Microsoft Excel), SAP, experience with other systems related to supply chain management beneficial as well as experience with project management
  • Proactive attitude, ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills, team player
  • Flexibility, strong prioritization, and time management skills
  • Analytical way of thinking, reliability.
