About the job
As an HR Generalist for RHI Magnesita, you will be reporting directly to the Team Lead HRBP's Vienna Headquarters.

You will be working closely with the local HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition Teams, and the employees in our headquarters in Vienna, for all operative & administrative HR-related matters.

You will add value by combining business support, functional understanding, and holistic and profound HR expertise.

In addition, your tasks will include;

Being the main point of contact for employees and managers at our headquarters for all operational & administrative HR topics relating to the employee life cycle and labor law
Preparing all relevant documents for employees (offer letters, contracts, side letters, reference letters) and regularly updating our SAP database
Taking part in interviews together with our hiring managers
Onboarding of new employees
Participating in projects to improve processes and drive improvements

You are a strong communicator with a collaborative attitude.

With your great enthusiasm and creative mindset, you bring new ideas to the table, not only as an individual but also together with your colleagues.

You work well in cross-functional teams and are not afraid to take responsibility and make decisions. With your hands-on mentality, structured approach and analytical skills, you proactively seek to improve the status quo.

What we expect from you in terms of

Education & Knowledge

A university degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a HAK/HBLA diploma (Matura)
Knowledge of the Austrian labor law is a musthave

Languages

English
Proficient/Fluent

German

Proficient/Fluent
Any other language is considered an asset

Work Experience

Some years of relevant working experience & and proven track record in an HR Generalist or similar role

The annual gross salary for this position will start from € 53,000 on a full-time basis, depending on your qualifications and experience, as well as the amount of overtime and your level of seniority.
