AOP Health is the European pioneer for integrated therapies for rare diseases and in critical care. To enhance our team in Vienna we are looking for a Group Lead Packaging & Serialization (f/m/d).

In this role, you will lead a dynamic team in executing artwork changes for pharmaceutical packaging and managing serialization processes.

Your focus on compliance, collaboration, and process optimization will be instrumental in maintaining high standards and driving efficiency within the organization.

What Your Day To Day Will Look Like:

Responsible for coordination and Management of external graphic designers
Manage tasks of the team and set the right priorities in accordance with business needs from supply chain
Oversee the administration, data management and changes within the serialization systems
Foster a collaborative working environment among the Team and to related departments
Assure that the team works in compliance with related GMPguidelines
Identify potential for improvements and implement best practice standards according to GMP
Managing invoices from external consultants, suppliers, graphic designer
Personal responsibilities (approval of vacations, target settings, Jour fix, Team meetings, attending meetings)
Conflict management

Your Qualifications and Experience:

Proven leadership experience is preferred, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving common goals
Master degree in science or administration or comparable experience with relation to Packaging/Regulatory/Quality in an GMP environment
Strong decisionmaking abilities and conflict resolution skills
High affinity and enthusiasm for pharmaceutical packaging
Familiarity with industry trends, regulations and packaging material related topics as also with serialization
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders in English, German is also an advantage
Commitment to maintaining highquality standards in artwork management & serialization
Previous experience in artwork coordination or packaging design within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred
Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines and regulatory requirements related to pharmaceutical packaging
Experience in leading a team in a GMP regulated company is preferred

Gross monthly salary provided for this function is a minimum of EUR based on fulltime employment. Any potential overpayment depends on professional experience and qualifications.
