    Your tasks
  • Participates in the management team decision making process and has an influence on investment decisions.
  • Contributes to policy development in the area of financial controlling. Involved in the customizing of policies, procedures and practices.
  • Defines, coordinates and executes the annual planning process to ensure financial target setting throughout the organization (MTP). Reviews financial targets and proposes correction measures to address deviations.
  • Implements and administers established financial controlling policies, procedures and practices.
  • Coordinates and performs relevant periodic reporting in a complete, timely and comprehensive way. Manages further conceptual development of the reporting tools and reporting contents in close alignment with management.
  • Provides financial analysis, interpretation of variances from budgets and standards and advice to management, oversees the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Identifying Test Strategies from controlling perspective to move from the given AS-IS into the identified and recommended TO-BE Processes.
  • Identify test automation use cases to build a baseline for future changes.
  • Act as a Key Leader on Controlling Side and main focal to facilitate audit compliant changes.
  • Act as Controlling focal point in the Energy Trading Portfolio project with following duties being an essential success criterion: Identifying Test Strategies from controlling perspective to move from the given AS-IS into the identified and recommended TO-BE Processes, Identify test automation use cases to build a baseline for future changes and act as a Key Leader on Controlling Side and main focal to facilitate audit compliant changes.

Your profile

  • You have a Master Degree in Business Administration or Finance.
  • You have minimum 9 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Will need to have comprehensive understanding of all the core elements within Finance discipline, broad knowledge of the business context and interdependencies and can manage interfaces with other disciplines independently.
  • Excellent understanding of complex energy business and financial topics as well as strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to act as a self standing professional, stress tolerance, conflict management ability in a dynamic and complex environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, SAP and TM1 is a must and in general high affinity to IT systems.
  • Fluency in English.
