WHAT AWAITS YOU:
- Supervision and organization of tests on engine test benches for performance development and functional testing of motorsport engines
- Engine assembly, disassembly, and adaptation of prototype parts
- Parameterization of sensors, test run processing, and troubleshooting
- Evaluation and documentation of results
- Optimization of testing methods and processes, including pre-equipment
- Repairs, service, and maintenance of engines and test benches
- Acting as a proactive interface with the motorsport development team
HOW YOU CAN INSPIRE US:
- Completed technical training focusing on automotive engineering, two-wheel technology, electrical engineering, or mechatronics
- Proficiency in measurement/test bench technology with AVL PUMA and automation experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of complex mechanical and software systems on test benches
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and English
- A passion for motorsports
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, flexibility, and organizational abilities
- Analytical, creative, and solution-oriented mindset
