In Chemicals & Materials, OMV through its subsidiary Borealis, is one of the world's leading providers of advanced and circular polyolefin solutions and a European market leader in base chemicals and plastics recycling. Together with its two major joint ventures
Borouge (with ADNOC, in the UAE and Singapore) and Baystar (with TotalEnergies, in the USA)
Borealis supplies products and services to customers across the globe. OMV's Fuels & Feedstock business produces and markets fuels as well as feedstock for the chemical industry, operates three refineries in Europe, and holds a 15% stake in a refining joint venture in the UAE. OMV operates around 1,700 filling stations in eight European countries. In the Energy segment, OMV explores and produces oil and gas in the four core regions of Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa, North Sea, and Asia-Pacific. Average daily production in 2022 amounted to 392 kboe/d. Its activities also include the Low Carbon Business as well as the entire gas business.
Our business
Your tasks
Prepare sounding story outlines and concepts for internal (e.g. Leadership Workshops) and external events (Panel discussions, external conferences).
Create high quality presentations and reports for OMV Energy's internal and external reporting obligations and continuously improving reporting quality and consistency.
Support engagement teams in analyzing performance and business transformation related requests from the Executive Board.
Support the implementation of business transformation projects in OMV Energy, monitoring and synthesizing project status and risks.
Support project teams in visualizing project investment decisions focusing on the big picture strategic relevance of their respective project.

Your profile

University Master Degree/Diploma in the field of Business Administration, Consultancy, Project Management or similar.
At least 9 years of relevant professional experience in the field of business consultancy and/or strategy with at at least several years experience as a management consultant.
Extensive knowledge and experience in the field of transformation, change management and business development.
Detailed understanding of various dimensions of different operating models such as operational strategy, governance, process and technology.
Experience with delivering projects, ideally as a PMO and knowhow of agile methods.
Excellent communication skills.
Advanced English and German language skills.
