The technology center of Samsung SDI Battery Systems is located in Kalsdorf, Austria, close to Graz.

Samsung SDI is a full-service supplier for lithium ion cells, battery modules and battery packs for all electric vehicles as well as all types of hybrid vehicles.


Your core responsibilities are:


  • Responsible for interface activities of engineering and operation between local business unit and headquarter in Korea to coordinate engineering information and issues to monitor and to guide pack development projects
  • Coordinate collaboration between headquarter in Korea and local business unit for development projects and general operations
  • Manage product development and change management process via ensuring standardized implementation in projects
  • Execute monitoring, controlling, and standardization of processes and risks (cost, quality, delivery)
  • Perform regular program monitoring, reporting, and review meetings
  • Continuous evaluating and improvement of processes and operations

What you need is:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, administration or engineering
  • Minimum of 2years relevant experience, preferably in automotive industry or similar
  • Completed technical and/or economic studies
  • Very good knowledge in MS-Office (Excel, PPT, Word) and MS-Project is an advantage
  • Good knowledge in SAP(ERP), Teamcenter, PTC, PLM desirable
  • High-Quality Awareness
  • Process
- and process-oriented thinking

  • Professional experience in the automotive sector or similar field of activity desirable
  • Analytical thinking, independent and teamoriented work, good communication skills and excellent organizational skills
  • Fluency in English and Korean for both verbal and written communication (level B2 is a minimum) required
  • German is an advantage

Our offer for you:

With regard to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act, we offer the following annual gross remuneration (full time/38.5 hours) as a basis for negotiations for this position: EUR

We also offer a market-standard overpayment depending on relevant work experience and qualifications.
