are you bubbling over with creative talent acquisition ideas and have experience with active sourcing? We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Recruiting Expert (M/F/x) with a background in start-up environments who loves to work with people and is a champion in finding and identifying talents

Tasks

finding future enspis

as part of our handpicked team of experts, you
- handle your recruiting projects,
- decide on the appropriate search strategy,
- design, organise and conduct the interview process, including the multi-eye evaluation and managing potential bias,
- scout and implement our next ATS,
- act as a sparring partner to the hiring managers and plan their hiring strategies together,
- hire the best talent regardless of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, etc.

Requirements:

how you fit into the team

you want to actively participate in the transition to clean energy and
- value excellent team spirit, start-up culture and creative freedom,
- are a real champion when it comes to finding talents,
- possess the ability to structure parallel activities,
- have at least four years of recruiting experience,
- are fluently speaking English, and if you speak German is a plus,
- live in Vienna or nearby,
- love to work with people, and
- are a curious person with a good sense of humour.

We offer a salary that corresponds to your skills of at least EUR 4,000 gross per month (paid out 14 times per year).
