Transformation Program Manager f/m/d:


The Transformation Program Manager (f/m/d) supports the Executive Vice President Global Business Development & Sales and Affiliate Management in defining, planning, implementing and executing business transformation related processes and programs.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Supports the implementation and rollout of global transformation programs at the affiliates
  • Works closely together with the global Instrumentation & Test Systems Transformation Managers and the Instrumentation & Test Systems Strategy Development Manager
  • Supports in the global strategy development and alignment process by organizing and structuring market / affiliate input and following up strategy implementation in the affiliates
  • Leads specific transformation programs or initiatives
  • Supports the Executive Vice President Global Business Development in defining, implementing, and monitoring of KPIs to measure the progress of transformation, affiliate performance and business success

YOUR PROFILE:


  • University degree in engineering and/or business administration
  • Experience in business, organisation development and change management
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Intercultural skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally

Annual Remuneration:

Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €90, We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
