Your new adventure

Create tailor-made sales concepts and business models for e
- kart drive systems to win customers and build long-term partnerships (Distribution Network and Dealers).

Conduct market analysis and competitive research to develop an in-depth understanding of the market and customer needs.

Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and are responsible for the progress of the project up to the successful launch on the market (eCommerce platform).

Create direct access to our potential end customers.

Actively seek out new sales opportunities by using Customer Data and throughout our Digital Sales Channels.

Conduct research to identify new potential markets and customer needs.

Develop and implement KPIs along the customer journey according to the strategic goals.

Your experience s and skills

The thought of racing makes your heart beat faster.

At least 5 years of experience in international sales development.

Proven professional experience in the field of business development or sales of technical products, ideally in the field of motorsport or electric drive systems.

You are organized, like to work independently and have a high affinity for project management.

University degree in business administration, engineering or a related field.

You have a high economic result orientation and enjoy creating something new.

Experience working on a global scale and in a matrix organization.

English both in written form and to hold presentations motivate you additionally

Intrinsic motivation to permanently participate in new technologies and have the ability of thinking out of the box.

The minimum salary for this position is € 41.390,02 EUR gross/year according to the very attractive collective agreement of the metal industry.

An overpayment is possible, depending on your qualifications and experience.
